Your account and data

To delete your Gatherivo account, sign in, open Profile, choose “Delete my Gatherivo account” and type DELETE to confirm.

What is removed

Your display name, biography, post content, uploaded photos and videos, comments, likes, saved items, activity read markers, club/plan memberships and offers. Your message text is replaced with a removal notice.

What happens to shared activity

Future requested or accepted bookings involving you are cancelled. Clubs you organize become archived and read-only; other members’ posts remain. Plans and requests you own close and leave discovery.

What is retained

A minimal account identifier, linked sign-in identifiers and deletion marker remain so a later sign-in does not recreate your profile. Limited booking, conversation and moderation records remain to preserve the other participants’ history and support dispute or abuse review. Your name becomes “Deleted account”; removed posts retain record identifiers without their original content. Other people’s messages and report details may remain.

Uploaded files and backups

Files are removed from active storage after account removal. If cleanup fails, the site keeps a pending removal record and provides retry controls to you and the owner. Files awaiting cleanup are inaccessible through Gatherivo. Backups and hosting logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention processes.

Your ChatGPT account

This removes your Gatherivo account. It does not delete your ChatGPT account. Your removed Gatherivo account will remain inactive if you sign in again.

Support request text you submitted before removal is replaced with a removal notice. Owner replies remain. You can still contact Support after deletion; those new requests are stored to allow a response.
