Privacy notice

Updated 7 October 2026. This notice describes the current early-access Gatherivo service, operated by its site owner. Contact the owner through Support for questions, access, correction or deletion requests.

Information we use

ChatGPT sign-in supplies an account identifier, name and email address. Gatherivo stores your identifier and display name; the forwarded email is used to determine owner access. We store the biography, posts, photos, videos, locations, listings, products, plans, memberships, comments, reactions, saved items and requests you choose to provide. Private conversations, booking requests, reports, blocks and support requests are also stored. We store which activity alerts you mark read and when, to keep your inbox consistent across devices. Activity summaries do not copy private message bodies.

Who can see it

Your profile name, posts, listed locations, listings, plans, club membership and contributions can be seen by other signed-in members, subject to removal and blocking controls. Posts shared in clubs are not private. Buyer/seller messages and bookings are available to their participants. Saved items and block lists are account-specific. Reports and support requests are available to the site owner; support replies are also available to the requester. Avoid publishing home access codes, private addresses or sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use this information to run community features, connect buyers and sellers, manage booking requests, respond to support requests, and review reported content. Location discovery uses text you enter; Gatherivo does not currently request device GPS location. Prices stay in the currency selected by the person listing them. Gatherivo currently collects no payment or payment-card details and has no advertising tracker built into the application.

Hosting and sign-in

The site owner can prepare a restricted full-site backup for operational recovery or migration. It can contain private member records, including conversation text; access should be limited to the operator and authorized migration staff. Backup copies need secure handling and should be removed when no longer needed. The current site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting, database and file storage. ChatGPT sign-in remains available. Additional sign-in through Supabase Auth is being prepared for email codes, phone codes, Google and Apple. Once enabled, Supabase and the selected identity or message provider process the contact details, verification requests and session information needed to sign you in. Email addresses and phone numbers are not used as public profile names. Those providers process information needed for hosting, sign-in, security and operation, including their own cookies and logs under their policies. Data may be processed outside your country. Availability of each sign-in method is shown on the sign-in page. Gatherivo does not currently offer a native mobile app.

Retention and your choices

Content remains while your account is active unless you remove it or the owner moderates it. Some posts with shared booking or conversation history cannot be individually deleted. Account deletion removes or anonymizes your content as explained on the Account deletion page. Minimal identifiers, linked sign-in mappings that prevent removed profiles being recreated, other participants’ records, and limited booking, conversation and moderation history remain; hosting backups and logs follow provider processes. Existing support text you submitted is replaced with a removal notice; owner replies remain. Requests you send after deletion are stored so the owner can respond.

You can edit your profile, block members, remove eligible posts, prepare a personal JSON export and download original uploads, and delete your account in Profile. The export includes your own messages and support submissions, rather than other people’s reply text. Removed accounts can export their retained records; deleted uploads cannot be downloaded. Use Support to ask about retained records or exercise applicable privacy rights. Identity checks may be needed before disclosing account data. This notice does not replace rights that apply under your local law.

Changes

This page will be updated when the service’s data practices change. Business registration details and additional launch arrangements are still being finalized.
