Early-access terms

Updated 7 October 2026. Gatherivo is an early-access community operated by its site owner. These terms explain how to use the current service. Business registration, launch jurisdiction and payment arrangements are still being finalized.

Your account and content

Use your own sign-in and provide accurate information. Post only material you own or have permission to share, including permission from people identifiable in photos or videos where needed. You retain ownership of your content and allow Gatherivo to store and display it to operate the features you use. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want shared. Follow the Community rules and applicable law.

Products, spaces and plans

Gatherivo connects members. Sellers and hosts are responsible for permission to offer their products or property, accurate descriptions, lawful activity and any required permits. Participants must agree on delivery, access, cancellation and any payment arrangements directly. A booking request is not a payment or a guarantee of access. Joining a plan does not guarantee attendance or that an organizer will supply an offered resource.

Gatherivo does not currently process payments, offer escrow, delivery, insurance or verify every member, listing or property. Prices are shown in the chosen currency without automatic conversion. Check details before committing to a purchase or meeting, and use care with unfamiliar people and places.

Safety and moderation

You can report posts, block members or raise a safety concern in Support. The owner can hide reported content. Reviews are manual and are not guaranteed to happen immediately. Do not use Support as an emergency service.

Availability and changes

Features may change during early access and interruptions can occur. Keep your own copies of important content. Use Account deletion to understand what is removed and what shared records remain. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These early-access terms need further review before a commercial launch.

Questions and disputes

Contact the site owner through Support with the relevant listing or request details. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. These terms do not specify a governing jurisdiction while the operator’s launch arrangements are unfinished.
